The tandem canopy must be stabilized (flying straight and level) by 100 feet AGL when on final  

approach. There is no reason that it shouldn’t be.

Follows on from Hook Turns

Can you clarify for me... Is this in a straight in app? I've never seen a tandem do a straight in.

I think all they're trying to say is that the final approach should be established such that no further adjustments are necessary below 100'.
