The Op Regs state what the requirements for each licence are. Is this what you are after?
As for "limitations" that is generally up to the DZSO as to who can do what - ie Students land here, B licence there, E licence over there.
Displays are an exception where higher licences may participate in displays with tighter landing areas which are actually defined in the Op Regs themselves.
