You can make contacts for buy/sell/traded in the classifieds.
if you are new to the sport, it is essential that you engage your Chief Instructor before committing to purchase.
Skydiving is something that will challenge you: fear of falling, fear of the unknown, fear of death: although safety standards have risen to levels unimagined when parachuting started, no skydive could ever be termed completely "safe".

The Australian Parachute Federation
The APF administers skydiving in Australia, and this site has no formal attachment to them. Here's their website:
APF policy on BASE jumping
“The parameters of the Australian Parachute Federation lie in sport parachuting operations from aircraft. While we are aware that parachuting descents are made from other than aircraft, our rules do not cover these descents and we are not in a position to control them.”
